Educational drama and the teacher in a kindergarten

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na dramatickou výchovu, její uplatnění v mateřské škole i na samotného pedagoga. Zkoumá cesty jak, se dramatická výchova dostane k učiteli v mateřské škole, jaké metody a techniky se dají v mateřské škole využívat a co obnáší práce s dramatickou výchovou pro pedagoga. Praktická část je kombinací kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu. Metodami výzkumu je dotazník pro učitele/ky mateřských škol a dále je zde popsán mnou vedený dvoudenní projekt konkrétní skupiny dětí v mateřské škole, kdy zkoumám účinnost metod a technik dramatické výchovy v praxi. Cílem práce je ukázat důležitost dramatické výchovy v mateřských školách, její nezastupitelnost v rozvoji osobnostním   i společenském.
Preschool Teacher's social skills

This bachelor thesis mainly brings the information and findings about social acquirements of pre-school pedagogue. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on description of demands for pre-school pedagogue, regarding to the actual demands of curriculum system of education. The description is also complete with demands on pedagogue from humanistic pedagogy point of view. The practical part consist description, progression and results from work observation of graduate teachers from Pedagogic faculty of South Bohemian University in Ceske Budejovice; branch of study Pedagogy for pre-schools. On the basis of these results and observations, benchmarks for social acquirements of good pre-school teacher are determined. The aim of the thesis on the basis of findings from special literature and practical observations establish social skills needed for a profession of pre-school pedagogue.
Competencies in Teacher Profession

Definition of competences in teacher profession is still open question to be answered. Till today there is no common agreement about definition of competences as a term. There were elaborated many detailed studies about what do profession competences of teacher include, how to work with them in order to develop and deepen them. The aim of this thesis is to find characteristics of teacher, his competences expected from students and reputation of teacher profession in students´ eyes. In the theoretical part of this thesis is described profession of teacher, its´ phases, feminization, reputation, necessity and the whole Czech educational system in general. Furthermore we focus on personality of teacher, its´ identification, personality features, abilities, creativity and characteristics of teacher. In the final section of theoretical part there are described competences of teacher in general and mentioned the most often used classification of profession competences in teacher profession. The practical part of thesis is based on questionnaire examination from high school and college students. The questionnaire itself is focused on identifying of reputation of teacher profession among students and also on characteristics teacher should / should not have. Furthermore there are described teachers´ competences which are preferred / are not preferred from students.
